
Gary Stickell
is a sole practitioner representing individuals and small businesses in
the general practice of law. His areas of emphasis are consumer bankruptcy
and family law, civil litigation and small business advice. Mr. Stickell
has been licensed to practice in Arizona since October 1982.
He is a member
of the Bankruptcy and Family Law Sections of the State Bar of Arizona, the
American Bankruptcy Institute, and the National Association of Consumer
Bankruptcy Attorneys. He currently serves as chairperson of the Consumer
Debtor Committee of the State Bar Bankruptcy Section and a member to the
Bankruptcy Court Education Committee. Mr. Stickell has spoken on consumer
bankruptcy topics on education programs sponsored by the State Bar of
Arizona and the National Business Institute.
Mr. Stickell
received his law degree from Boston University in 1981 and his bachelor of
arts degree from the George Washington University in 1978.
Mr. Stickell is
a past chair of the Greater Phoenix Youth at Risk Foundation and the
Arizona Chairperson of the George Washington University Alumni Admissions
Program. He is presently an assistant den leader with his sons Cub Scout
pack.
He is married
to attorney Mary Isban, and they are the parents of two boys. |
